What do your rates include?
The rates include the Bed and Breakfast service.
Are the taxes included?
All the taxes are included except the Municipality one, wich is 1,00 €/day/person and is due only between June 1st and September 30th and only for >=10 years aged persons.
How do we have to pay the municipality tax?
You will be able to pay it with the Hotel’s bill and then even by credit card.
Is the beach service included?
Unfortunately not .
May we get a quotation with no breakfast?
Unfortunately not .
How much is the beach service?
It is from 15,00 to 30,00 €/day per two peoples, depending on the period and it includes two sun-beds and parasol .
Our child is younger than 2 years: he does not pay, right?
He does not if you don’t need an extra cot/bed for him .
We have two children younger than 2 years: do not both pay?
Only the joungest one does not pay .
How does this quotation last?
Kindly check with us before booking flights as the mentioned room might be the last one we still have available and on-sale on the Internet web-site and the sale itself can’t be suspended .
What is required now for securing the reservation?
You should write to us you want to confirm. After that, we will send you a confirm and request for the payment of the 30% deposit .
How many days do I have for paying the deposit? What if I do not pay within the advised time?
You will have 10 days from the confirm. Should the payment not be done, the option will be cancelled .
How can I pay the deposit?
It can be paid with a bank transfer to our bank account. Details for the transfer will be provided at the confirm .
Am I not allowed paying with my credit card?
Yes, if you wish. You should kindly let us know the card details (network, number, expiry, holder) and we will charge the authorized amount from our POS. After that, we will send you a copy of the credit card receipt and the final confirm .
Do you accept American Express cards for the deposit?
Unfortunately not because we are not allowed charging an AmEx when the credit card itself is not at the place .
In case of cancellation, can I request the deposit back?
Yes, if you will inform us within 30 days prior the check-in date .
HOW MANY ROOMS DOES THE HOTEL HAVE GOT?
The hotel has got 26 rooms, 12 Double’s and 14 Family’s .
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLASSIC AND A SUPERIOR ROOM?
Classic Rooms are situated at the left or right side of the structure, not in front to the pool; Superior Rooms are situated on the ground floor, facing the pool or on first floor with sea view.
WHAT IS A JUNIOR SUITE?
The Junior Suite, also called Triple Room or Family Room, is made of two bedrooms and a bathroom. It especially suits for families wich wish their child sleeps in its own bedroom .
HOW MANY PEOPLES DOES A FAMILY ROOM MAXIMUM SUIT FOR?
Maximum for 4 peoples, 2 adults and two children. They can sleep in a queen size bed in the less large room .
WHAT IS THE SURFACE OF THE ROOMS?
Every double room is 14 square metres. In the Family’s, the larger rooms is 14 s.m. and the smaller one is 9 s.m. Surface of bathroom and entrance is always to be added to them .
MAY WE ADD AN EXTRA BED OR COT IN THE CHILDREN’S ROOM?
We do not recommend that. They fit in the parent’s room, wich is bigger .
DOES THE ROOM YOU SENT A QUOTATION FOR HAVE A VERANDA?
Yes, every room of the Hotel has got one .
ARE THE ROOMS AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPPED?
Yes, every room .
WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-IN?
At 2:00 p.m.
WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK-OUT?
At 11:00 a.m.
IS THERE A KETTLE FOR BOILING THE WATER IN THE ROOM?
We may provide one on request .
DOES THE HOTEL PROVIDE THE HALF OR FULL BOARD?
No, the Hotel provides only the Breakfast. Breakfast itself is continental buffet .
HOW CAN WE MANAGE FOR THE MEALS
For the lunch time we have a snack-bar with sandwiches, foccacias and salads available for purchase. Within a 300-600 metre radius you will find restaurants and pizzerias. In center there are some take-away establishments. You may like to dine on your room’s balcony .
HOW FAR IS THE BEACH FROM THE HOTEL?
400 metres .
DO WE HAVE TO CROSS THE ROAD FOR REACHING THE BEACH?
No. You will only have to walk along it on a comfortable side walk .
IS THE BEACH SERVICED?
On the beach there are free and serviced areas with sunbeds and parasols .
IS THE BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED?
Unfortunately not. It is from 15,00 to 30,00 €/day per two peoples, depending on the period .
DO YOU HAVE ANY OFFER INCLUDING THE SHIP OR THE AIRPLANE?
Unfortunately not .
IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM/TO THE AIRPORT? WHAT IS ITS COST?
We might manage for the transfer. It would be 90,00 €/car/way for families/groups up to 4 peoples; 110,00 €/car/way if greater .
MAY WE PAY THE TRANSFER WITH THE HOTEL’S BILL?
Unfortunately not as it is an external Company. It has to be paid cache to the driver .
IS THERE A WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION? IS IT FREE OF CHARGE OR DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?
There’s a Wi-Fi connection throughout the Hotel and it is free of charge .
IS A WIRED CONNECTION AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM?
Yes, and it is free of charge too .
DO YOU PROVIDE BEACH/POOL TOWELS?
Yes and they are 3,00 €/each. You might keep it the whole stay. Should you change it with a clean one, it would be 3,00 €/each change .
IS THERE AN ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE?
Unfortunately not .
IS THERE A PARKING PLACE IN THE HOTEL? HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST? MAY I BOOK ONE?
We have an outdoor private parking place. Sometimes it might not be enough for all cars and somebody should park outside, in facing road. Parking in the front street is allowed and free. Unfortunately, booking a car place is not possible .
